Rocxzie Writes
Each week, I will highlight a business, blog/social media or person who is making changes in their community. This week, allow me to introduce you to Rocxzie, an up and coming blogger/social media influencer, travel guru and mental health advocate.
When Rocxzie is not working, she is pouring her all into researching and providing mental health tips and resources. She understands the importance of maintaining positive mental health and she knows the difficulty of the task. She is an inspiration to those on their mental journey; she provides scholarships, in the name of mental health, to the youth of Buffalo, NY; she hosts mental health day-retreats and much more. I love Rocxzie for being honest about the reality of mental health and doing her part to uplift her community. Click below to check out her website. Additionally, you can follow Rocxzie Writes on Facebook and Instagram.

Avery Speaks
Each week, I will highlight a business, blog/social media or person who is making changes in their community. This week, allow me to introduce you to AverySpeaks.
Averyspeaks is a family Instagram page that follows the journey of a little boy and his life with autism. He is the inspiration for the first book in my children’s series “Avery Eats Everything”. If you have not guessed it by now, He is my son!!! One of the most difficult parts about being a parent is the constant worry (especially with a child who has autism). You worry that they will not be accepted. You worry about their personal growth. You worry about the amount of resources available to make life more fulfilling for your child and family members.
This Instagram gives information regarding fallacies surrounding autism, a little autism humor and the processes behind giving children with autism the best life possible. Follow his page on Instagram as we build our community and debunk autism stigmas. Click below to follow Avery’s journey. Thank you for your support!
